- Introduction: Comprehensive Community Health Care is defined as an integrated system of care designed to meet the health needs of individuals, families and communities in their local settings through interdisciplinary programme simultaneously providing educational platform for students.
- Goal Of CHCP: In coherence with the vision and mission of the DMIMS University the goals of CHCP are defined as “To develop competent, confident, concerned and compassionate learner through organized interdisciplinary programme and to deliver comprehensive quality health care services to the rural, needy, marginalized and underprivileged populace.”

Rural health Training Center Seloo was formally inaugurated by Hon’ble Dattaji Meghe, Member of Parliament, founder member and chancellor of Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences Deemed Univerisity on Aug. 25, 2002.

Cancer Screening services
The institution through an state of art Cancer screening Van is providing Free of cost Breast and cervical cancer screening specifically to underprivileged and rural and tribal female population.

Mobile Maternal & Child Health Clinics
- Increase Access to Reproductive and Child Health Services in underserved and difficult to reach rural and tribal pockets.
- To Improve Women and Child Health in 85 tribal villages (2 lakh population) under Wardha and Nagpur District.

- Routine ANC & PNC Examination and counseling on care in pregnancy.
- Screening of pediatric age group children.
- Counseling on various health issues related to adolescent girls.
- Referral services wherever indicated.
Village meetings and Health education programs
- Institute through Community Medicine Department undertakes Village meeting and Health education session at fortnightly interval in adopted villages and filed practice area of the health centers.
- Health education based on seasonal health ailments and their prevention is given.
- Discussion with key opinion leaders about their queries regarding health issues and services of the institution and their resolution.

Adoption of Primary Health centers under PPP model
Under public private partnership model the institution has adopted two Primary health centers at Dahegaon and Nachangaon as per agreement with Public Health system.

Participation in Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Abhiya.
Specialty Obstetrics and gynecology services are provided to ANC women on 9th of every month at PHC Nachangaon.

The institute provides its specialist expertise at free of cost for patients attending Health check up camps conducted under National Health mission.

- To provide free of cost bus transport facilities from doorstep to hospital and back.
- Helps reduce Out of pocket expenditure incurred on health care.
- 22 villages and adjoining on route villages benefits around 3 lakh population.
- Free of cost Laparoscopic Surgical camps at Anandwan in collaboration with Dr Prakash Amte for benefit of underserved tribal population.

AVBRH have total 6 ambulance service with one of them is cardiac ambulance which is mostly known as Advanced Life support (ALS) ambulances, are designed specifically to provide assistance to patients suffering from cardiac diseases, which are among the deadliest killers known to man today.
