About the Department

The Department of Psychiatry at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College is an essential unit focused on providing education, training, and research in the field of mental health. It is dedicated to advancing the understanding of mental health disorders, treatments, and the complex interplay of biological, psychological, and social factors that contribute to mental illness.
