About the Department

The Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC), Sawangi (Meghe) Wardha, boasts of high Quality Clinical and Surgical care Services which include but are not limited to Cochlear Implant Surgery, Anterior and Lateral Skull Base Surgeries in collaboration with Department of Neurosurgery, Allergy Clinic which entails Skin Prick Test and Immunotherapy facilities, Head and Neck Cancer surgeries with Micro-vascular Reconstruction, Micro Ear Surgeries, and Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgeries (FESS), Obstructive Sleep Apnoea Surgeries, Micro laryngeal Surgeries and Septorhinoplasty. The Department runs Vertigo and Neuro-Otology OPD services with specialised treatment involving Interdisciplinary Collaboration with Physiotherapy and Neurology Department. The Department is actively involved in the field of Regenerative Medicine with focus on Sensory neural Hearing Loss and Head and Neck Traumas.
